What we collect

Contact form submissions: name, practice name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide.
Live demo calls: if you use the interactive voice demo on our site, the call is processed by our AI voice provider, Vapi, to generate the demo conversation. We do not permanently store demo call recordings for marketing purposes.
Basic site usage data collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify), such as pages visited and general location/device information, for security and performance purposes.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and arrange onboarding if you become a client
To operate and improve the AI voice agent service for our clients' patients
To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Who we share data with

We use the following third-party services to operate our site and product, each of which processes data on our behalf:

Netlify — website hosting and contact form handling
Vapi — AI voice call processing for the live demo and, for clients, their production voice agent
Zoho Mail — business email

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and client account information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hassan@zogency.online.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) across our site.
